The EBS system requires a User Id and a Personal Identification Number (PIN). If you do not have a User Id and wish to obtain one, contact PEBA Insurance Benefits at (803) 734-2352 and someone will assist you.
Entering an incorrect PIN more than 3 times (since the last successful login) results in the account being automatically locked. The account may not be used for 24 hours. If you believe your account has been locked from someone else attempting to gain access to your account, PEBA Insurance Benefits may unlock the account for you. Call (803) 734-2352.
The EBS system is available for use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
